Delivery Options

All items on this site are subject to delivery costs and are shipped via APC or Royal Mail.

  • FREE Delivery: (Spare parts) 3-5 business day delivery time. UK Mainland only. This option does not include weekend delivery and to guarantee 3-5 day delivery orders need to be placed before 15:00 Monday to Friday.
  • Next Day Delivery: UK Mainland only. This option does not include weekend delivery and to guarantee next day delivery orders need to be placed before 15:00 Monday to Thursday.
  • Delivery to Scottish highlands and offshore: Please call us on 0845 430 0546 or email us at webshop@pas-sound.co.uk to arrange international shipping.

We aim to dispatch all orders on time, however, on rare occasions an item may be out of stock or courier delays may occur.

Returns Policy

At PAS we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However occasionally we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

If you change your mind or are simply not satisfied with your purchase then you can simply return the order within 7 days of dispatch and we’ll give you your money back excluding delivery.

We accept the return of all orders as long as:

  • The goods are in their undamaged original packaging as the order was received
  • All accessories are present
  • The equipment is in its original condition as sold

Defective Items

All of our items are quality checked before going out of the door however should you receive a defective item we’ll gladly sort it out for you. Just see “To return an item” below for details.

To Return An Item

Firstly contact us about your return on 0845 430 0546. We will issue you with an RMA number and supply further instructions.

Please write the RMA number clearly on the packaging.

Goods must be returned to us via a recorded-delivery service. This is really important as any goods that have been lost or damaged in transit will be your responsibility.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
